Managing Sales Performance

Managing Sales Performance (MSP) is a coaching program for sales managers.  It teaches sales managers to continually reinforce and coach performance to ensure the continuing success and development of the salesperson.  The two-day version of the program integrates with the selling skills taught in the Counselor Salesperson

Upon completion of this program, participants will be able to:

    • Understand the context of coaching as a natural part of being a sales manager
    • Have a method for identifying coaching priorities
    • Understand and apply a simple process for effective coaching
    • Communicate expectations, observe behavior, and give feedback and recognition to improve and reinforce a salesperson's behavior
    • Be able to provide simple, curbside feedback and recognition
