The Leader Navigator is a multi-rater or 360° measurement tool that provides individuals with personalized feedback and developmental planning. The program consists of more than 130 discrete behavioral indicators of six core capabilities, and it is configurable because the specific competencies required vary depending on individual or organizational needs. The capabilities are directly linked to outcomes that improve overall effectiveness and business success. Wilson Learning has standard configurations that include Executive Leaders, Project Leaders, Managers, Supervisors, and Individual Contributors. We can also tailor the design of the measurement to meet your specifications or your existing competency outlines. Leader Navigator's flexibility allows you to integrate all of the competencies or a subset of them, based on what is required for success at your organization. The program aligns development planning and learning activities to your organization's critical success factors, and can include recommendations for specific programs you already have in place, or Wilson Learning programs that may be added to support the effort.

Multi-source questionnaires are available in several brand configurations, and may also be custom configured to your specifications.
Flexible data collection methods, including online surveys or traditional paper-and-pencil versions, offer convenient ways to gather the data.
Multi-level feedback report options are available for individual participants, work units, and the organization as a whole; these reports provide insight into your combined strengths and weaknesses.
Development recommendations can be incorporated in the feedback to participants, your current internal training offerings or new curriculum.
